It was in beginning of autumn, and when we walked into Xinglong Park of Tieren Industrial Park in Daqing, a hot "gas" development scene came into view: the natural gas processing project of Daqing Zhongrui Gas Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 320 million yuan, was speeding up production, and compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas were sold from here to major cities in three northeastern provinces and eastern Inner Mongolia.
As a traditional industrial zone, where is the path of transformation and development? Focusing on the economic construction center, Honggang District focuses on building a "1+3+2" industrial system based on natural gas processing, which has left a "pen of endeavor" in building a natural gas park in Daqing Tieren Industrial Park.

According to reports, the natural gas park is planned to be built in two phases: the first phase is 2018 — In 2020, 1.63 square kilometers of land development will be started, the contracted projects will be completed and put into production, and the natural gas industry and supporting projects will be brought together; Phase II 2020 — In 2028, three functional divisions of natural gas production, processing, storage and logistics will be basically built, and efforts will be made to become the largest natural gas processing center, storage adjustment center and logistics distribution center in Northeast China. It is understood that after the completion of the natural gas park, there will be 20 settled enterprises, and it is estimated that the annual output value will be 10 billion yuan, the profit and tax will be 3 billion yuan, and more than 3,000 people will be resettled.
The deep development of the "original brand name" is to push the traditional advantageous industrial chain to extend downstream, and its core is to rely on advantageous resources to extend the industrial chain, increase the proportion of intensive processing of resources and enhance market competitiveness. The natural gas industry in Honggang District is not a whim, but a blueprint based on resource endowment and industrial base.
According to reports, Honggang District has three advantages in building this natural gas park and building a cornerstone industry of natural gas.
The first is resource endowment. In 2017, the natural gas production in Honggang District reached 929 million cubic meters, accounting for 23.23% of the annual natural gas production in Daqing Oilfield. The confluence of natural gas from south to north of Daqing pipeline and Honggang compressor station of Daqing natural gas dispatching center are located here, and the nodes where Xushen gas field and Fangshen gas field flow into Daqing are also located here. After the Russian gas is officially ventilated, it will also be connected with the main gas pipeline of Daqing Oilfield. Sanan Industrial Company, as an important enterprise for managing single well gas in the periphery of Daqing Oilfield, is cooperating with Honggang District to build a cooperative park.
The second is the industrial base. At present, there are 3 natural gas processing enterprises built, 2 contracted and 3 negotiating enterprises in the whole region, forming a first-Mover advantage in the whole city and even the whole province.
The third is infrastructure. Honggang District focuses on supporting the infrastructure of Tieren Industrial Park, investing 200 million yuan to build 6.7 kilometers of roads, 11.2 kilometers of water supply network, 6.7 kilometers of drainage pipelines and 15 kilometers of power grid, and planning a 110 kV substation to realize "seven connections and one leveling", and the carrying and absorbing capacity of the park has been continuously enhanced.
These are all surrounded by Honggang ‘ Gas head and tail ’ The natural gas industry has laid a solid foundation.
Grasp the "Big Man" Project and Strive to Create a Characteristic Park.
According to reports, recently, the person in charge of Longxin Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., together with the staff of Tieren Industrial Park, visited the project site many times to study and handle the procedures of project establishment and environmental assessment, and they were very busy.
"This year, Longxin Gas Project settled in Honggang District, with a planned investment of 350 million yuan, covering an area of 50,000 square meters. It processes 300,000 cubic meters of natural gas every day and plans to build 3,000 cubic meters of LNG storage tanks. " The person in charge of the project said.
It is understood that in addition to the "big block" project of Longxin Gas, one natural gas project has been built in the natural gas park at present — — Natural gas processing project of Sino-Swiss Gas Co., Ltd. In the first quarter of this year, "Sino-Swiss Gas" achieved an output value of 62 million yuan.
After the first phase of Honggang Natural Gas Park is completed and put into operation, it is estimated that the annual sales revenue will exceed 6 billion yuan, the daily processing of natural gas will reach 6 million cubic meters, and the LNG peaking storage tank will exceed 100,000 cubic meters.
The horn of progress has sounded and the task book has been issued. The action has been implemented in the timetable and on the road map.
Honggang District will build the natural gas park into a characteristic park integrating natural gas processing, storage, logistics and distributed energy in accordance with the development idea of "intensive utilization of resources, centralized placement of projects, convergence of industrial clusters and integrated construction of functions".
According to reports, "in terms of natural gas processing, we will fully introduce LNG and CNG processing projects, give full play to the advantages of natural gas resources in Daqing, and strive to build the largest natural gas production and processing center in Northeast China; In terms of reserves, promote the construction of natural gas reserves and LNG storage tanks of enterprises, effectively balance the dislocation of natural gas supply and demand, and effectively stabilize the difference between peak and valley of natural gas; In terms of logistics, we will build natural gas logistics professional projects, improve the supporting construction of logistics facilities, and strive to build a natural gas logistics center that supplies the northern region of the country. " At the same time, the natural gas park will also focus on building a natural gas distributed energy demonstration zone, and explore the construction of natural gas power generation projects using Russian gas resources.
