On March 27th, Governor Wang Kai presided over the executive meeting of the provincial government to convey the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary of the Supreme Leader when he presided over the symposium on promoting the rise of the central region in the new era, and to study agricultural production, foreign trade, and the work of helping ten thousand enterprises with ten thousand people.
The meeting pointed out that the important speech of the Supreme Leader General Secretary stood at the height of comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese modernization, and systematically deployed the major task of promoting the rise of the central region in the new era, leading a new course and drawing a new blueprint for solidly promoting the rise of the central region at a higher starting point. We should shoulder the heavy responsibility of the times, deeply understand the great significance, the situation and the key tasks of promoting the rise of the central region in the new era from the height of faithfully supporting the "two establishment" and resolutely achieving the "two maintenance", always bear in mind the earnest entrustment of "courageously striving for the first place and making greater achievements", and consistently do a good job in implementing a series of policies and measures of the CPC Central Committee to promote the rise of the central region. We must seize the historical opportunity, lead industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, deepen regional coordinated development, stimulate dynamic vitality with reform and opening up, jointly promote ecological environmental protection and green and low-carbon development, accelerate the pace of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization, and enhance the ability to guarantee food and energy resources. It is necessary to strengthen responsibility, refine practical measures, develop a pragmatic style, grasp the work, lay a solid foundation, and take a solid step, and bravely take the lead and walk in the forefront in the journey of struggling to write a new chapter in the rise of the central region.
The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of Premier Li Qiang’s instructions on doing a good job in spring agricultural production and disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, and the spirit of the National Conference on Spring Agricultural Production and Disaster Prevention, Mitigation and Relief, studied and implemented the work, and stressed that it is necessary to shoulder the heavy responsibility of stabilizing food security, continue to do a good job in spring field management, implement large-scale unit yield promotion, speed up the construction of high-standard farmland demonstration areas, plan the "three summers" production work as soon as possible, and strive to win a bumper harvest of summer grain. Guided by the experience of learning and applying the "Ten Million Projects", we should continue to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and build a strong agricultural province in rural revitalization.
The meeting studied the province’s foreign trade import and export work, stressed the need to further optimize and refine supporting policies and measures, carry out in-depth actions to cultivate foreign trade subjects, improve the activity of foreign trade enterprises, vigorously cultivate new foreign trade formats, actively expand new foreign trade markets, and fully consolidate the basic foreign trade market, so as to boost the high-quality economic development of the province with steady growth of foreign trade.
The meeting listened to the report on deepening the work of "ten thousand people help ten thousand enterprises", stressed the need to focus on cultivating "7+28+N" industrial cluster chain, shift the focus of work to promoting enterprise transformation and industrial upgrading, strengthen professional guidance, improve systematic services, highlight precise assistance, accelerate the full coverage of digital transformation of industrial enterprises, help enterprises develop in a high-end, intelligent and green way, and provide strong support for building a modern industrial system.
