Inspired by the China Inspiration Locke Line! China’s top-class, lifelong hiking route!

In March, 1928, American explorer Joseph Charles Francis Rock, with the help of King Muli, set foot on a road through the mysterious mountain and went deep into the local place called Gongga Risong Gongbu, which is now the Aden area of Daocheng.

Locke was impressed by the magnificent scenery here, and then published relevant articles and photos taken along the way in National Geographic magazine, which caused a great sensation in the west and showed this "pure land on the blue planet" to the world for the first time. At the beginning, the expedition team crossed the route from Muli to Gongga Ridge, which was later called "Locke Line".

The "Locke Line" has made countless adventure enthusiasts flock to it. Nearly a century later, Richard, an international student from France, led by the local explorer Lao Yin, re-took this world-class hiking route on the plateau and started an adventure through time and space to find the true meaning of Shangri-La.

Inspiration for China is an international communication video column created by Sichuan Daily Newspaper Group. The column is located in the "Z generation" group at home and abroad, and it explores, discovers, excavates and disseminates China business cards such as ancient Shu culture, tourism geography, Sichuan cuisine, animation online games, traditional Chinese medicine, modern art and sci-fi legends.

How to prepare for the college entrance examination for adults in Jiangsu?

In the English review from the entrance examination to the undergraduate level, the examination syllabus not only shows the content of the examination, but also explains the types of the examination. Candidates can choose their own suitable preparation materials according to the examination syllabus, and gradually learn with the materials to improve their learning ability step by step.

In the investigation of English subjects, the original title rarely appears, but the deformation of the original title often appears. Therefore, after preparing for the exam for a period of time and mastering the basic examination knowledge, candidates should still do the questions carefully, check and fill in the gaps from the questions, find their own knowledge weaknesses, and then consolidate them again.

Adult college entrance examination is a major that decides whether candidates are admitted or not according to the principle of "selecting the best candidates from high scores to low scores".

Undergraduate: According to the principle of filing, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute files from high scores to low scores according to candidates’ wishes. Colleges and universities determine whether candidates are admitted or not and the majors they record, and return the electronic files of those who are not admitted.

Specialty: According to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following volunteers" in parallel volunteer, the Provincial Education Examinations Institute puts the candidates’ files on the provincial control line according to the enrollment plan of colleges and universities. Colleges and universities determine whether to admit candidates and their majors within the enrollment plan limit, and return the electronic files of those who have not been admitted.

This year’s admission score line needs to wait until the exam is finished, but the annual admission score line does not fluctuate greatly. Students can refer to last year’s admission score line first. You need to take four exams for starting high school, three exams for starting high school, and three exams for starting high school, each with a perfect score of 150, with a total score of 450.

The above is related to the adult college entrance examination. Candidates can use it as a reference, which is subject to the official announcement! The sun will live a billion years less? It’s not just you and me.

Can you imagine a world without the sun? Astronomers’ research shows that if there is no sun, the average surface temperature of the earth will drop to below-17.78 degrees Celsius in a week, and it will drop to-73.33 degrees Celsius in a year. Most plants will die in a few weeks, and then most life will disappear because of the disappearance of the sun, and everything will be dead.

Now we know how important the sun is to us! However, something unfortunate happened. Recently, foreign scientists’ research on the metal abundance of the sun shows that we may overestimate the life of the sun by one billion years, and the sun may die one billion years earlier than we expected.

Elemental abundance controls the sun’s life gate

It is understood that scientists have previously deduced that the life of the sun is about 10 billion years based on the standard solar model that ignores the rotation effect, which is a theoretical value simulated by the stellar evolution program, not a real value. And this value only refers to the central hydrogen combustion life in the theory of star evolution.

"This is not to say that the sun really can only exist for 10 billion years. The accurate statement should be called the main sequence life of the solar model. In theory, the sun will become a red giant in about 10 billion years, but it still exists and will emit more sunlight. " Associate Professor Yang Wuming from the Astronomy Department of Beijing Normal University told the Science and Technology Daily reporter.

He said that there are many preconditions to get the theoretical value of 10 billion years, and it is necessary to assume the initial element abundance of the sun and the physical process inside the sun. The life of the solar model is different with different initial element abundances. Because it is impossible to really get the initial element abundance of the sun and determine its internal physical processes, the life of the sun and even other stars cannot be accurately estimated.

Twenty years ago, astronomers’ direct and indirect measurements of the sun showed that the metal abundance of the sun was around 1.8%; However, the latest solar spectrum measurement shows that the metal abundance of the sun is only 1.3%, which is far lower than the previous measurement results, and correspondingly, the life of the sun will be reduced by 1 billion years.

The so-called solar metal abundance is the general term for the abundance of solar elements except hydrogen and helium. This metal is different from what we usually call metals. Because the contents of hydrogen and helium in the sun account for the vast majority, astronomers call all the heavier elements in the sun "metals". Although the content of these metals is small, it affects the fate of the sun.

Because the electrons of metal elements easily absorb photons, which hinders radiation, the higher the metal abundance of the sun or star, the higher the opacity. The opacity of the sun or star is closely related to its life, temperature, brightness and other properties. Sani Vaniotch, a physicist who studies solar metal abundance at Stockholm University in Sweden, said that a very small amount of metal is enough to completely change the behavior of a star, and metal abundance can basically tell you how the star will die.

Influence of atmospheric model on solar lifetime estimation

The solar spectral measurement used in the latest research usually means that astronomers get the spectral lines of all measurable elements such as hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and iron through solar spectral analysis, and then compare them with the spectral lines given by the solar atmospheric model. When the two are consistent, the abundance of elements such as hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen and iron used in the atmospheric model is considered as the element abundance of the solar photosphere. "However, this method cannot obtain the relative abundance of inert gases such as helium, neon and argon. The abundance of helium on the surface of the sun can only be inferred by helioseismology. " Yang Wuming said.

After the latest measurement results come out, many people are wondering: Why is there such a big difference between the solar metal abundance measured before and after?

In this regard, Yang Wuming explained that the old solar metal abundance was derived from the one-dimensional atmospheric model of local thermal balance combined with the observed spectral lines; The new solar metal abundance is derived from the three-dimensional atmospheric model of non-local thermal balance combined with the observed spectral lines. The old one-dimensional atmospheric model is considered to ignore many physical factors. Some scientists think that the new atmospheric model is closer to the real situation, and it is the improvement of the atmospheric model and the update of the transition probability data of atoms and molecules that cause the difference in the abundance of old and new metal elements.

In the evolution of stars, if other conditions remain unchanged, the decrease of metal abundance will lead to the energy generated by the central nuclear reaction radiating outward more easily. However, the energy tends to radiate outward, which will cause the star to contract more easily and increase the density and temperature of the center of the star. More importantly, the increase of density and temperature will accelerate the hydrogen combustion rate, which will lead to the shortening of the total time of central hydrogen combustion, that is, the main sequence life of the solar model will be shortened. However, if other conditions change, such as the increase of hydrogen abundance or the influence of the sun’s rotation on its evolution, then the aforementioned life reduction does not exist.

So, how to verify which method is more correct in the future?

In Yang Wuming’s view, the answer to this question lies in which metal abundance measurement is more accurate and whether the helioseismology inversion result is reliable. Only by giving the correct abundance of solar elements can we determine how long the life of the sun is. If we can give a new solar model of gold abundance consistent with the helioseismology inversion results, all related problems will be solved.

Life geometry is related to the theory of stellar evolution.

Chen Pengfei, a professor at the School of Astronomy and Space Science, Nanjing University, said that he was inclined to think that the initial life span of the sun was correct, and the life span of the sun would not be reduced by one billion years. "For several reasons, I prefer to think that the original model is correct: first, the measurement results of metal abundance in the solar wind by satellites support 1.8%; Secondly, the density of photosphere on the surface of the sun is high enough, so it is reasonable to adopt the approximation of local heat balance model in the past; Thirdly, the new model takes into account the inhomogeneity of the solar atmosphere, which is indeed an improvement, but it also ignores other factors, such as the influence of magnetic field; Fourth, to take a step back, even if the results of the new model are correct, because the distribution of metal abundance may be uneven, the metal abundance on the surface of the sun may be different from that inside. " Chen Pengfei said.

At the same time, Yang Wuming also agrees that the initial solar life is correct. He said that the life of the sun has not been overestimated by 1 billion years, and that the life of the sun is overestimated because only the reduction of metal abundance is considered. When the influence of hydrogen abundance increase and rotation on the evolution of the sun is considered, the life of the sun will not be reduced.

However, the astrophysicist Martin asp Lund of the Australian National University insists that the 1.3% solar metal abundance is correct. He said that all aspects of astronomy will be affected, and an accurate understanding of the evolution of stars has laid the foundation for almost everything.

So, if astronomers do overestimate the life of the sun by one billion years, what theories need to be revised?

In Yang Wuming’s view, if the life of the sun is really overestimated by 1 billion years, it shows that the theory of stellar evolution established by astronomers before is not complete, so they need to re-examine the theory and model of stellar evolution established before. For example, the standard theory of star evolution ignores the influence of star rotation, but in fact all stars are rotating. We have reached the time when we need to seriously consider the influence of rotation on the evolution of stars. Astronomical research on star clusters and galaxies depends on the theory of stellar evolution to a certain extent. If the theory of stellar evolution is wrong, the previous understanding of star clusters and galaxies needs to be adjusted.

Beware! Five kinds of experiences on the first day of work

No matter how long you have worked in your previous company, you will be a "newcomer" after you quit to a new company; No matter how beautiful you are in college, you will still "start from scratch" after you graduate and enter a company. What can you foresee or what will happen on your first day at work? Do you still remember what impressed you on your first day in the company?
On the Worry-Free Future Forum (bbs.51job.com), many netizens were deeply impressed by what they encountered on their first day at work, and they all told their stories about the N kinds of experiences they encountered on their first day at work. If you are preparing to work in a new company, you should be on guard against the different events that happened to the following five people in the workplace, so as not to spoil the good memories you should have on your first day at work.
Encounter 1: I accidentally found that there was no one in the office.
Narrator: Bella
Position: Administrative Commissioner
On the first day of work, in order to make a good impression on my boss, I came to the company more than half an hour early. Aunt cleaning saw me and said with a smile, "It’s so early." I nodded: "Yes, I have to live up to my expectations on my first day at work."
Later, I found myself really early enough. The company stipulated to start work at 9 o’clock, but by 9 o’clock, I was alone. At the same time, I was particularly nervous because I was about to meet my new colleagues. At 9: 30, only a few people appeared. I even wondered if I was in the wrong company … At 10 o’clock, my new colleagues came to the company one after another. Afterwards, I learned from my colleagues that the original company implemented a flexible working system, which nominally stipulated to go to work at 9 o’clock, but in fact, it only took eight hours to complete the workload in one day, and you can come to work at any time.
Now, accustomed to the flexible working system, I gradually start to go to work late and get off work late, so that I can make my own decisions on my own time, which can also make my life easier!
Future comments: No matter whether the company implements a fixed working system or a flexible working system, it should be a basic criterion not to be late for work when the newcomers are unclear. Of course, as far as working hours are concerned, newcomers can ask clearly when they join the job or even interview. However, even if it is known that the company implements flexible working hours, newcomers should not be late on the first day of work, because in case all colleagues in the department are on time, the "lateness" of newcomers will easily make those colleagues who are on time psychologically unhappy.
Encounter 2: being left out by colleagues
Narrator: Saleisha
Position: Marketing Assistant
On the first day of work, my seat was assigned between two girls. I thought it would be much easier for everyone to get along with girls, but I didn’t expect to be on pins and needles after only half a day at work. The reason is that these two girls are very close friends, and they will chat and share snacks in their spare time. Maybe they are used to the situation that there is no one in the middle, and adding me in has not affected them at all. It can be seen that these two girls must have treated me as an invisible man.
I don’t know if this is a good thing or a bad thing. When they chat, they don’t care about my existence at all. Private topics are also said in front of me unscrupulously. When I want to talk, they don’t care about me at all. I can only silently bear the drool pouring in from both sides of me. In addition, they often eat snacks together, and call colleagues who pass by them to eat together, but they never call me. I really don’t know if they are afraid of life or deliberately ignore my existence. Therefore, I didn’t stand or sit on my first day in the company.
Because it was my first day at work, and the specific work was not assigned, I could only watch them make out and stare blankly, and the first day was spent in such embarrassment.
Future comments: the old people ignore the new people, and the new people can take the initiative to talk to the old people; Old people don’t divide what new people eat, and new people can divide what old people eat on their own initiative. There are no invincible old people, only new people who don’t work hard. When a newcomer adapts to the environment of a new company or department, the old man should also adapt to the existence of a new colleague. In order to let the old people get familiar with the new people faster, and also to let the new people better integrate into the work, on the first day of work, the new people can take the initiative, bring some small gifts, make an interesting self-introduction, take the initiative to strike up a conversation, and actively integrate into the new department.
Encounter 3: being unfamiliar with the work content and being "professional"
Narrator: lust
Position: text entry clerk
On my first day at work, my supervisor assigned me a task. Because I am doing relatively simple text entry work, the supervisor gave me a little training and let me operate on the computer independently. When the supervisor explained it to me, I still thought it was quite easy, but in practice, it was still difficult. When I met something I didn’t understand, I asked my colleagues. Although my colleagues enthusiastically answered my questions, I couldn’t understand a series of technical terms he said at all. As a result, when the day’s work was over, I only finished half of the original workload.
I was very depressed at that time, and I didn’t know if I was qualified for this job. However, I am a strong person. I started to work harder the next day and finally got the first place in the department.
Future Comments: Getting started with your job as soon as possible is what every new person should do when entering the company. Although most companies will not force newcomers to do things as skillfully as old employees on their first day at work, newcomers can at least do some homework in advance to avoid being caught off guard, such as knowing the business scope and work content in advance. If the new students’ previous homework can’t be applied to practical work, they should at least show an active and studious state.
Encounter 4: Sitting at your desk doing nothing.
Narrator: Hui Jun
Position: Network Editor
The first day at work was extremely painful. I came to the company early, and after my colleagues in the personnel department signed a contract with me and introduced some company rules and regulations, I was arranged to sit in the right place. Because it was my first day in the company, I was not familiar with the business of the department. When the department manager saw me, he only provided some magazines and newspapers for me to read, so I turned over and over those sheets of paper all day.
At the end of the day, I spent it in such an extremely depressed and boring state. My colleagues around me are busy with their work, while I have nothing to do. Idle, I even unconsciously had an illusion of wasting my time and having no future in sight.
Therefore, for me, the first day of work is really on pins and needles, and the days are like years!
Comments on the future: Newcomers often face an idle situation on their first day at work. This is because most companies will familiarize them with the office environment on the first day. Newcomers may wish to take the initiative before receiving the specific work, such as observing what other colleagues are doing and offering help to their colleagues. After all, when they come to the company, they always need to pay labor. Even if they bring tea and water to their colleagues, it is better than sitting in a daze. Because doing so can at least let the old employees know that the new employees are enthusiastic. Why not do it?
Encounter 5: leaders don’t leave work, and they don’t dare to leave work.
Narrator: Jacky
Position: Salesman
I just jumped to work in this private enterprise a few months ago. On the first day of work, I found a very strange phenomenon in the company. Although the company stipulated that it was 5: 30 p.m., none of the department colleagues left work on time, especially the department head, who kept calling at the end of work time, which made me feel pressure and didn’t dare to be the first "activist" to get off work, so I waited until after 7: 00 p.m. that day, and I didn’t leave until the head got off work.
Slowly, I learned that the supervisor is a workaholic, and if he is on a whim, he may extend his working hours "indefinitely" after work. Even if everyone had finished the day’s work at that time, the supervisor wouldn’t leave, and colleagues in the department wouldn’t dare to leave work in order to have a good performance in front of the supervisor. After all, no one wants to leave a reputation of "not working hard enough".
Future Comments: The Worry-Free Future Forum (bbs.51job.com) once launched a survey on the question "Will people in the workplace leave work on time when they see their colleagues working overtime?" The results show that 63% of the netizens who participated in the survey said that their colleagues working overtime would make them feel very stressed and had to "go with the flow" because of the environmental impact. It can be seen that it is not uncommon for colleagues to work overtime, which makes them afraid to leave work easily. Especially for newcomers who don’t know the truth, they dare not "act rashly" on the first day of work. However, the author believes that the practice of not daring to leave work because other colleagues don’t leave work is one of the immature performances of people in the workplace. As long as the quality of work is guaranteed, the rest of the "fake diligence" is not worth promoting.

Fireworks and firecrackers are banned in many parts of the country, which makes the people protect the environment for the New Year.

BEIJING, Feb. 20 (Xinhua) Title: [Ten Scenes of Spring Festival] People in China don’t smell firecrackers to protect the environment for the New Year.

  Reporter Zhang Ni

Today is the fifth day of the first month, and there is a custom of setting off firecrackers to welcome the God of Wealth in China. This day is also the peak of setting off fireworks after New Year’s Eve. However, with the introduction of measures to ban and restrict release in recent years, many cities have become much quieter this Spring Festival. During the Spring Festival when firecrackers are not heard, people’s understanding of the old customs is also changing.

It is forbidden to put off firecrackers during the Spring Festival in many places.

During the Spring Festival this year, many places, including Tianjin and Beijing, imposed strict restrictions on the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and the bans issued in some places were even dubbed "the strictest in history" by the media.

For example, Tianjin stipulates that from January 1, 2018, fireworks and firecrackers will be prohibited in areas within the outer ring road of Tianjin (including the outer ring road) regardless of time and place. This regulation is also known as the "most severe prohibition order".

Beijing, on the other hand, resumed the "prohibition order" this year after experiencing the transition from "prohibition" to "restriction". According to the newly revised "Regulations on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers in Beijing", it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the Fifth Ring Road of Beijing, and fireworks sales points are not set up.

Langfang, Hebei Province stipulates that starting from 2018, fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in Langfang City and counties (cities) under its jurisdiction at any time of the year. During the Spring Festival, it is also forbidden to sell and set off fireworks and firecrackers in the Third Ring Road of Shijiazhuang City.

In Shanghai, this year is the third year that the city has implemented fireworks control. During the Spring Festival on New Year’s Day in Shanghai this year, there are more forbidden areas for fireworks and firecrackers than before, and the control is stricter.

In addition to prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers within the Outer Ring Road in accordance with local legislation in Shanghai, on the basis of the scope of prohibition delineated in 2017, all districts outside the Outer Ring Road have added "high-rise buildings and buildings with low fire resistance using flammable and combustible external wall insulation materials" as prohibited places.

In addition, 17 cities in Shandong Province, except Zibo, Zaozhuang, Tai ‘an, Rizhao, Linyi and Laiwu, all the other 11 cities have issued policies to restrict release and prohibit release.

Firecracker sales are cold, and sales outlets in Beijing and other places have shrunk dramatically.

The reporter noted that the sales of fireworks and firecrackers have also changed in recent years, and the sales of fireworks and firecrackers in many places have been "cold".

According to the data released by the Beijing Municipal Government Fireworks Office in February 2017, the sales volume of fireworks and firecrackers in Beijing has been declining continuously since 2012. In 2017, the sales volume of fireworks and firecrackers in the city decreased by 30.5% year-on-year.

During the Spring Festival of 2018, there were 87 fireworks and firecrackers sales outlets in Beijing, down 82.97% year-on-year. There were no sales outlets in the Fifth Ring Road and the forbidden areas designated by various districts.

In addition, a total of 75,000 boxes of fireworks and firecrackers were stocked in Beijing during the Spring Festival this year, which was 55.9% lower than that in 2017. All large, medium and small combined fireworks and beading fireworks and firecrackers were all listed as prohibited sales.

Zou Yonghong, secretary-general of Shandong Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, told the media a few days ago that at present, fireworks and firecrackers are banned in Jinan, and most cities in the province impose restrictions on fireworks and firecrackers. The discharge and sales of fireworks and firecrackers in the main city have declined. Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai have dropped by 70% in recent five years.

In Shanghai, there are only nine fireworks outlets in Shanghai this year, and each outlet is expected to invest 300 boxes, which is further lower than the total of 3,000 boxes last year. The variety is limited to firecrackers and Gaosheng. In addition, the principle of real-name purchase is still strictly implemented.

What do the people think about not shooting during the Spring Festival?

What do the people think about the ban and restriction regulations in recent years?

In 2017, a survey of residents in 35 major cities conducted by the Public Opinion and Public Opinion Research Center of Shanghai Jiaotong University showed that when asked, "In order to prevent air pollution, the Chinese government should ban firecrackers and fireworks during the Spring Festival. What is your opinion?" At that time, as many as 80.8% of the people said that they "basically agreed" or "strongly agreed" to ban fireworks and firecrackers during the Spring Festival, which was 16.8 percentage points higher than the survey results in 2015.

"In fact, before the ban was implemented, I could feel that fewer people were shooting during the Spring Festival. I haven’t shot for many years myself." Chen Tingting, a post-80s generation who grew up in Beijing, said in an interview.

Chen Tingting remembers that when Beijing just changed from a ban to a restriction, firecrackers kept ringing in the neighborhood almost all night on New Year’s Eve, but there was hardly such a scene in recent years.

"Setting off firecrackers in the Spring Festival is a childhood memory of many post-70 s and post-80 s, but many children younger than me may not be so enthusiastic, and everyone’s entertainment methods are becoming more and more diverse. In addition, the smog in Beijing in winter has been more serious in recent years, and people’s awareness of environmental protection is also improving. Many people actively choose not to set off firecrackers." Chen Tingting said.

At the same time, the implementation of the ban policy has also triggered a heated discussion on the Internet, and many netizens also support it.

"It’s better not to put it away. The electronic cannon I bought from Da Hutong two days ago is environmentally friendly and saves money, saves trouble and worries (I’m afraid that the cannon will blow my hands)." Netizen @O greatly greatly greatly Qian Qian said.

"You put a whip and he put a box of guns, and every little makes a mickle, which forms pollution. Civilize the Spring Festival and let good air accompany us." Netizen @fun4 entertainment anchor commented.

However, some netizens think that the "prohibition order" dilutes the "taste of the year" and give their own suggestions for the "prohibition order".

For example, the netizen @ Gaofeng Ben Si put forward: "Don’t let everyone shoot, will the government organize several places to set off the previous celebration fireworks?" Add some joy to the festival. "

What does the government encourage to change customs and do without setting off firecrackers?

At the same time, in recent years, many local governments have also promoted changing customs and encouraging people to celebrate traditional festivals in a more environmentally friendly way.

It is mentioned in the Regulations of Shanghai Municipality on the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers that "it is encouraged to change customs and promote the use of safe and environmentally friendly alternative products such as electronic firecrackers and fireworks containers".

This year, environmental protection departments in many areas also issued initiatives before the festival.

Anhui Provincial Environmental Protection Department issued a proposal, hoping that leading cadres at all levels in party member would set an example, consciously take the lead in not buying or setting off fireworks, and at the same time guide and motivate people around them to actively respond to the proposal and do a good job in banning fireworks.

The proposal also calls on citizens to advocate the concept of environmental protection, change traditional ways, choose low-carbon environmental protection methods such as electronic firecrackers, festive music and flowers, be friendly to the environment and say "no" to pollution.

The proposal issued by the Department of Ecological and Environmental Protection of Hainan Province puts forward that "Party and government organs, enterprises, institutions and their staff at all levels in the province take the lead in setting an example, taking the lead in not setting off fireworks and firecrackers, and driving the whole society to form new festivals and customs that advocate environmental protection."

During the Spring Festival this year, Chen Tingting’s family did not buy fireworks as in previous years, but bought Spring Festival couplets, window grilles and other new year’s goods early, and decorated the room completely.

In the past two years, in addition to cleaning and decorating the room and preparing for the New Year’s Eve, she and her family have another pastime, that is, grabbing red envelopes, which they enjoy every year, and the whole family goes into battle together.

"Although I can’t grab much money, I think it’s quite fun. Maybe times have changed, people’s holiday habits will also change, and maybe grabbing red envelopes will become ‘ Annual customs ’ Yes. " Chen Tingting said. (End)

Zeng Qiuju and community workers publicized the knowledge of epidemic prevention and control.

Deng Xiaohu, a community doctor, helped the residents to do a detailed examination.

"If we climb one more floor, we can reduce the possibility of virus transmission." "If we buy more, we can guarantee the supply of food baskets for everyone." Community prevention and control is the first line of defense against the epidemic in COVID-19. In the past few days, the "most beautiful retrograde" around us has been jointly controlled and fearless in the epidemic, building a safety barrier.

Work together to overcome the difficulties. In this epidemic, community secretaries, volunteers, retired people, caring people, drivers, etc. appeared in every corner of urban and rural areas, and became a warm-hearted force in prevention and control.

Sanxiang Metropolis Daily reporter Bu Lan reports.

Community epidemic prevention personnel:

Grandpa died of illness, and he fought back his grief and went to work.

"Resolutely win the epidemic prevention and control war!" On January 29th, in Xiufeng Sub-district Office, Kaifu District, Changsha City, party member Commando, composed of 49 party member, made a solemn oath. Yao Jing, the vice captain standing in the front row, has a firm eye, but everyone doesn’t know that his elderly grandfather in his hometown is dying.

On January 28th, more than 30 Hubei guests stayed in a designated hotel in Xiufeng Street. Street commandos entered the hotel as quickly as possible. After Yao Jing was busy, she arranged for the team members to take turns on duty and do a good job in prevention, control and service. Because he is in charge of the health line among the members of the street team, from the New Year’s Eve, he has been involved in the epidemic prevention work all the time, going deep into the house-to-house investigation of the community and turning around for several days. However, at noon on January 29, the most feared news came, and grandpa left this world.

"The most kind smile never see again, I’m sorry! Grandpa walked all the way! " After writing this passage in a circle of friends, Yao Jing held back her sadness and devoted herself to the frontline epidemic prevention work.

Community aunt:

Changing patterns to supplement nutrition for front-line workers

"Since the New Year’s Eve, the community has been posting notices in the community. The staff eat instant noodles every day and work overtime until midnight. I really feel sorry for them. " Zeng Qiuju, who lives in Lifa New Town Community, Muyun Street, Tianxin District, Changsha, said that although he has retired, he also wants to do something for the community.

From January 30th, every morning at 8: 00, Zeng Qiuju, 57, will go to the nearby supermarket to buy food early. After coming back to disinfect the kitchen, he will start cooking rice to ensure that five dishes and one soup can be served on time at 12 noon.

Zeng Qiuju will cook in a variety of ways according to everyone’s preferences, such as bean paste, fried radish skin with bacon, stewed chicken, seaweed and egg soup, etc. After cleaning up the dishes and chopsticks, Zeng Qiuju will go with the community workers to check the epidemic prevention situation in the jurisdiction, such as registering the business situation of surrounding stores, community disinfection, epidemic prevention publicity and so on.

Community doctor:

Crush one’s head and extract specimens for suspected objects

Since January 22, Deng Xiaohu, deputy chief physician of Qingyuan Street Community Health Service Center in Tianxin District, Changsha City, has been working, visiting households, checking and monitoring every day, publicizing protection knowledge, and walking in a hurry.

Deng Xiaohu visits more than 10 families every day. Once the suspected person is found, it is necessary to take his temperature, ask about the contact history, guide the matters needing attention, register it, and carry out dynamic monitoring.

At 9 o’clock on New Year’s Eve, he received an urgent call. A girl in her twenties needed medical observation because she was taking care of her grandmother who was diagnosed in novel coronavirus. "After I put on protective clothing, I was sweating all over, and even my goggles were water mist. In this case, it is very easy to be infected to extract secretions from the throat of the suspected object. At that time, it was really hard on the scalp. "

Community police: I had a special "reunion dinner" with my family through video.

On January 24th, New Year’s Eve, Yan Xiaodan, a community policeman at the vault police station of Yuhua Public Security Bureau in Changsha City, and his wife, elderly parents and young daughter who couldn’t go home at the same post had a special "reunion dinner" through WeChat video.

Yan Xiaodan’s wife is a pediatrician in the Provincial People’s Hospital. She went to the front line years ago and hasn’t come home yet. As a community policeman, since New Year’s Eve, Yan Xiaodan has been carrying out epidemic prevention propaganda in the community and checking the personnel and vehicles in the jurisdiction, cleaning up the entertainment places and mahjong halls that are still open in the jurisdiction, and has been on duty for several days.

The epidemic was urgent, and both husband and wife were fighting at the front. When thinking about his family, Yan Xiaodan can only report his work status to his family through WeChat video connection and encourage each other. "Since our husband and wife are engaged in this profession, we must undertake the mission entrusted to us by the profession."

Community driver: Take a cot and get ready to drive at any time.

On January 26th, Lei Dongqiang went to the Eden Medical Park to purchase protective supplies and disinfection materials. It was past 6 pm when he returned to the unit to unload the materials and do the daily maintenance of the ambulance. He hurriedly ate a bucket of instant noodles and stood by in the hospital. At 10 o’clock that night, he received a temporary emergency task and went to the high-speed exit to be on duty. Lei Dongqiang rushed to the high-speed exit, and it was an all-night stay.

Lei Dongqiang, a 67-year-old ambulance driver, is an old party member in Xiufeng Street Community Health Service Center, Kaifu District, Changsha. His daily work is the ambulance driver and the water and electricity maintenance of the unit. In the past few days, in order to be able to set off at the first time after receiving an urgent task, Lei Dongqiang set up a temporary bed directly in the health cabin of the main building and rested on this simple bed at night so as to get out at any time.

Fixed-point service hotels, high-speed exits and referral of suspected cases open to people in epidemic areas also need to cooperate with various communities to investigate the situation of returning people in Wuhan. Lei Dongqiang is always on call, taking everyone around every place.

Community caring people: drive 300 bags of vegetables for free every day.

"Pollution-free vegetables are collected free of charge, and the virus is heartless and affectionate. We will work together to fight the epidemic." On the morning of February 12th, Wang Zihao drove a van full of vegetables that had just been picked from vegetable fields, and sent them from Gao Qiao Town, Changsha to Xingshacheng District, Changsha County for citizens to collect for free.

Wang Zihao, 25, retired from the army last September and returned to Weihan Village, Gao Qiao Town. He is going to open a fast food restaurant in Xingshacheng District this year. In the early stage, he planted a few acres of side dishes in his hometown. "Now there are many side dishes at home, but at present, the store can’t be opened, so he has the idea of delivering vegetables."

From February 8th, he picked and packed vegetables with his parents every day, prepared about 300 bags, and then drove for an hour from Gao Qiao Town to Xingshacheng District for the citizens to collect. "It’s my regret that I retired early and couldn’t fight with my comrades. I can only do my best to do something meaningful at this critical moment." Wang Zihao said.

Community retired elderly: 70-year-old party member led 21 members to fight the epidemic together.

"Huang Miao, you have come back from shopping. Come on, spray your hands with alcohol first, and take your temperature before entering the community." "Brother Zhao, remember to wear a mask when you go out!" "Fat Dad" Chen Yunxiang greeted the residents at the gate of the community while busy doing various epidemic prevention propaganda work.

On the first day of epidemic prevention and control work in Tangjialing community of Changsha, he volunteered to participate in the prevention and control war "epidemic". "I am a party member, even if I am 70 years old, I am still a party member, and I will take protective measures."

Moreover, he also led 21 players to join the "epidemic". "We set up a volunteer team last year, and now it just comes in handy!"

Psychological stress in community work?

Try to do this!

The data shows that nearly 4 million urban and rural community workers are fighting in the front line of epidemic prevention and control in 650,000 urban and rural communities, and each community worker has to face 350 people. So, how should community workers do psychological debugging?

Insiders suggest that we should protect ourselves first. If you are under great pressure at work or have important things at home, you should communicate with your colleagues and superiors in time, and you can stop working or rotate your work if necessary. If you can’t adjust yourself well, you can also call the psychological assistance hotline for professional help.
