The new version of "Administrative Measures for Industry Standards" further strictly regulates the formulation, implementation and supervision of industry standards, and clarifies four types of situations in which industry standards should not be formulated: technical requirements for general products and services with recommended national standards, and technical requirements for cross-sectoral and cross-sectoral industries, which are used to constrain the internal work requirements and management norms of administrative departments. At the same time, in order to promote the construction of a unified big market and promote the smooth flow of commodity elements resources in a wider scope, the new version of the Administrative Measures for Industry Standards clearly stipulates that it is forbidden to stipulate qualifications, licensing, examination and registration, assessment and compliance, supervision subjects and responsibilities in industry standards, and it is forbidden to use industry standards to exclude or restrict market competition. At the same time, increase the relevant requirements of self-supervision by relevant administrative departments in the State Council, supervision and spot check by standardization administrative departments in the State Council, social supervision through complaint reporting channels, improve the legal responsibility of industry standard management, and build a comprehensive and clear-cut industry standard supervision system. The new version of the "Administrative Measures" clearly stipulates the main responsibility for the disclosure of industry standards, and encourages the disclosure of industry standard texts through the national standard information public service platform for public inspection.
The General Administration of Market Supervision cracked down on "short weight and short weight"
The General Administration of Market Supervision recently issued a notice to continue the comprehensive rectification of the market order of electronic pricing scales from May to October this year.
