1. Strictly abide by the Price Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of People’s Republic of China (PRC), the Provisions on Clearly Marking Prices and Prohibiting Price Fraud, and shall not violate the principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, reasonableness, honesty and credibility. Abide by laws and regulations and business ethics, reasonably set prices according to law and conduct fair competition.
Two, conscientiously implement the relevant provisions of the price tag. The price tag should be true and accurate, the label should be aligned and the logo should be eye-catching, and the price change should be adjusted in time. Do not sell goods or provide services at a higher price than the marked price, and do not charge any unspecified fees. Business operators who sell goods or provide services through the Internet shall clearly mark the price by means of words and images through online pages.
Three, the operator shall not use false or misleading price means to trick consumers or other operators into trading with them. When selling goods or providing services through offline operation of physical stores, e-commerce platforms, online travel platforms, APP, live marketing and other means, we should focus on preventing price fraud, such as low-price deception and high-price settlement, price increase before discount, false discount, false pricing, non-performance of price commitments, and induced transactions. Operators of online trading platforms shall not use technical means to force operators in the platforms to make false or misleading price marks.
Four, operators shall not collude with each other, manipulate market prices, damage the legitimate rights and interests of other operators or consumers. Price monopoly that excludes or restricts competition shall not be implemented.
Five, hotels, homestays, camping sites and other operators should strictly regulate the price and competitive behavior, according to the provisions of the price tag, not to charge unspecified fees. It is necessary to earnestly fulfill the price commitment, and focus on preventing behaviors such as unilaterally breaking the contract or raising the price without authorization when the order for booking rooms through e-commerce platforms, live sales and other channels takes effect. If the hotel accommodation places provide room supplies with charges, it shall indicate the charging scope and charging standards, and if it provides paid services such as washing and booking, it shall indicate the charging items and charging standards and other information.
Six, parks, tourist attractions, museums, celebrities’ former residences and other units, to do a good job in ticket prices, tour guides and recreational facilities and other charges publicity, strictly regulate the price behavior of small commodities, catering and other extended service operators in scenic spots. There must be no behaviors such as not implementing government pricing, setting up a "garden in the garden" privately, adding fees without authorization, raising ticket prices in disguise, price fraud, not clearly marking prices according to regulations, and not implementing relevant relief and preferential measures for special people.
Seven, costume travel and other photography industry operators to provide clothing rental, photo shooting and other services should be clearly marked, whether the number of clothing sets, the number of negatives, the number of refined sheets, the cost of adding films, etc. included in the shooting set should be clear, so as to avoid invisible consumption.
Eight, all passenger transport companies, taxi companies, network car companies, railways, highways and other units should consciously regulate the price behavior and maintain the price order of the transportation passenger transport market. Nine, the parking lot business units should do a good job of clearly marking the price according to the regulations, and exempt parking fees from specific vehicles such as military vehicles and special vehicles driven by disabled people.
Ten, catering operators point menu, price tag or other ordering tools in the store for the same kind, the same specification of dishes should be unified, and there should be no "two sets of menus" and no "seasonal price" and other fuzzy price tags.
Eleven, grain, oil, meat, eggs, vegetables, milk and other people’s livelihood commodities and epidemic-related drugs, medical supplies and other epidemic-related materials operators should actively fulfill their social responsibilities, implement the requirements of ensuring supply and stabilizing prices, and must not hoard, fabricate and spread price information, and drive up prices.
Twelve, the stores, shopping malls, markets, online trading platform operators and other trading venue providers should strengthen the norms and guidance of operators in the venue (platform), and strengthen the prior review of price promotion programs. All trade associations should actively guide operators to operate legally and jointly safeguard market prices and competition order.
Thirteen, the operator shall not make false or misleading commercial propaganda about the operator himself, the performance and efficacy of the goods, the sales situation of the goods, the user evaluation, etc., to deceive and mislead consumers and the relevant public. It is not allowed to help other operators to make false propaganda by organizing false transactions or organizing false rankings.
Fourteen, the operator shall not use the same or similar business logo with other people’s well-known commodity names, packaging, decoration, enterprise names, etc., to mislead consumers and damage the market environment of fair competition.
15. Operators shall not fabricate, disseminate or instruct others to fabricate or disseminate false or misleading information, which will damage the commercial reputation and commodity reputation of other operators.
